Something very similar to this pre production cantina scene and the prequels

There's something very similar between this cantina pre production scene

Tatooine Cantina:

and the prequels , but i can't put my finger on the exact reasons.

Can anyone help me analyse this? Why does this video have a very similar feeling to the prequels?

it seems that George Lucas just can’t help fiddling with his movies. Who knows why he continues to do this? Perhaps he just didn’t have the technology to realise his original vision back in 1999…

The pacing. The lingering shots before and after people talk.

I think there was a sort of anaylsis in the revenge of the sith review on redlettermedia about the style in which two characters talking to each were shot across the prequels (to do with it being very static, uninvolving and repeatative). I recommend it if you havnt seen it - it may tie into the cutting of this scene
