OK, sorry for my rant.

this will be a very long project but if anyone can find some partly rare footage files please send it to me and I will see what I can do with it

Well, you'll have to pillar box because all of the behind the scenes footage in Making of Star Wars and other such documentaries were 4:3.

I guess so and then it will have to be v2.0 and speaking of which would it be awesome for disney to now release the original versions of the trilogy on blu-ray although it may not be as good as the DE so if that happens I will probably stick with the DE as a source for the film

Yeah, ESB is what I'm looking forward to the most. SO many interesting story changes and cut scenes.

BTW still have yet to watch When Star Wars Ruled the World. How is it?

if its possible we might try to make the documentary footage compatible with the hd footage I am using I will probably use the making of documentary from the BD release as the main source and try to color correct it as well like what harmy did so if there are other versions of the documentary I should know of please let me know

if its possible I will make special versions of the actual documentary's just for fun

well I would like to find the audio for myself and release it as a special with this project

just the audio only as a mp3 file I heard it was different with the narrator in the corn pops package of the documentary

Wait, alternate narration? I thought you meant just re-editing the documentaries with different footage. THAT would be superfluous.

well I could put the audio in and anyone can use it to sync with the BD picture if they wanted

so yeah that would be good as a bonus
