You people must crap your breeches when the power goes out LOL. My dad made me feel like a dumbass one time when the power wen't off. He said " why don't you turn on the news and see what the weather is doing" I went and pushed the button LOL.

The electric company here sucks. The power goes off at random times every 2 weeks. The funny thing is it is always a beautiful day and there is no reason for it to go off. The power went off last week when I was fixing my pc to get rid of a nasty patching virus. Right in the middle of a 4 hour scan. My computer got screwed up 10 times as worse so I had to friggin reformat my hard drive. I wanted to kill my electric company. I would have killed them had I not already wanted to reinstall windows anyway. I luckily saved all of the things I wanted on a disc. I would change to mac but I was raised with windows and I just can't join my fellow younger generation. Oh and to you mac users YOU CAN GET A VIRUS dont pull that lie on me. I used a mac in high school and my last job so I know what you can and cant get LOL. I won't upgrade to Vista (i should say downgrade) my parents have a brand new pc with Vista on it and that is the buggiest OS i have ever seen. I remember when Windows 95 was badass. It is a shame that microsoft is trying to force everyone to use that crap peice of software. It doesn't allow you to do anything. It gives you like 3 my documents files. And it thinks everything even the programs that come with are a threat. XP forever. Mac is wack. Sorry for my life's story.

I'm not going to get into a flame war but there was a sum total of one virus for Mac OS X. There is malware around, of course, but it's mostly stuff that has to trick you into installing it manually, which if you're careful and use common sense you won't encounter.
