I hope someone is saving all of these images. It would be cool to see them all presented on top of something like the Radio Drama or the old vinyl LPs.

Security? Those aren't guards. Those are the guys who drag the bodies away. ;)
HAHAHA I laughed so much! thank your that!
Now for the aspect ratio matter. Its about pointless to make it. after all we don't know if ady will put it in the edit so it have to wait :)

I fully expect this to exist only here and in the one screenshot.
I don't believe there's any chance of something like this scene appearing in the film, barring some newly unearthed HD deleted scenes. I'm just curious to see how it looks. Kind of like the old "What if..." comics. :)
O.T. or No T., baby!™
Maybe keep the guards but tuck them out of the way like they are there more to give the officers someone to run and cry to after they have seen big eggy.
How about a bridge that closes and opens? like the one that Ady did to the enhance tractor beam matte.
The guard should be in the one side and then the poor officer goes alone to bald vader.

It's funny how massive that show is in the UK, but the American version just sort of floated away with the breeze. Best guest was Andy Millman, of course ;)
IMO, the vader chamber thing never once phased or ever came to attention as a issue for me, just some guard people...guarding lol. If it is to be changed thats fine, I just hope It won't bring to much attention to itself, besides, it is fun to make up all these mockups, but its sad photoshop hates me ;]
The person your searching for simply does not exist
Hello Everyone.
I have been looking for a PAL DVD9 copy of ANH:R. There is no torrents up. Could someone PM me if they have a copy or know how to get one?
I have the inferior DVD9 NSTC version.

Why is that one inferior?

It's not really "Inferior" NTSC just has a slightly lower res than PAL. If you are in a NTSC region I would stick with NTSC.
Because of the 3:2 pulldown employed to encode a 24fps film as a 30fps video.
PAL encodes it at 25fps, which speeds it up a little but is much less noticeable and annoying.
That's true too, I'd forgotten the resolution difference. For me the pulldown jitter is less ignorable.
Doh! now I feel bad that i have the NTSC :(

It made me laugh too, and so did your signature. Nice touch there. : )

Yeah, and that too. What is with all the lulz today? You guys made my evening. :D
I love the mockups. For the first time the sets seem to be expanding, instead of being confined to what we already know and have memorized. After watching a movie so many times, it's hard to think of a particular area as anything more than "the corridor in this shot." I like it.
And bah- NTSC all the way- I hate sped-up audio. :P Though the extra resolution is tempting...

I took it from oficial star wars site :P

Edit:
ehm...
I'd say the one on the right looks better. and if possible replace that dummy head with Luke's face
Gidday,
I wouldn't feel too bad about the NTSC version. I live in a PAL region and opted for the NTSC SW:R for one reason alone: sound. I own pretty much every (official) PAL Star Wars DVD out there, and the 4% pitch rise is quite annoying. It makes the voices squeaky and the music is just... wrong, being out by a semitone. Some movies have attempted to correct for this by pitch shifting but I've never seen it done convincingly.
I'd rather not have the 3:2 jitter and low resolution of the NTSC version, but at least to me it still looks (and sounds) gorgeous.
This is also why I'm looking forward to Blu-Ray and the like - 24fps content played back at the correct rate. Any idea if Adywan is planning a Blu-Ray release?
They told me they’d fixed it!
Something that CAN fixed. Obvious he is not David. Armor and mask floating...
Even when he rotates there is a previous shot that can be used reversed.

Can someone please tell me why this is being edited out? The more footage related to the film the better right?
5. Removal of ALL SE elements of Vaders shuttle leaving Bespin & docking with the Stardestroyer
Mainly because it hurts the flow of how the scene was originally

^^ Cool thanx for that info. Personally Id prefer it left in but thats just my 2 cents :)
I'm on the fence about it myself
the guy in the vader suit looks nothing like the guy in the original footage.
