Ridiculous arguments on ridiculous subjects

(Was serious arguments on ridiculous subjects)

I was inspired by Frinks quote here:

http://originaltrilogy.com/forum/topic.cfm/The-Empire-Strikes-Back-is-the-best-Star-Wars-movie-Or-is-it/post/501287/#TopicPost501287

and thought this would be another good way to waste time.

Now which argument shall we settle first?

Well, first of all throwing around names will never help your argument. At least in my experience. Anyway, I think I'm going to side with the giant talking turtle. Although six is a little much. I'm thinking four or five at most.

This isn't ridiculous enough for our first subject and since I'm the boss I'm changing it. ;(

Our new subject:

TV's Frink: Miley Cyrus or a vegetable? Discuss.

(Why am I always so compelled to pck on Frink?)

Apologies your honor. I was merely pointing out the inconsistencies in the defendant's rather rude accusation.

Alright, stop that, stop that. It's silly. It's really silly. It started with a nice picture about a very very very very tall building and a white rabbit, but it's gotten far too silly. I think the readers are tired of scrolling on their mouse wheels to skip this picture. Now, I for one love little rabbits, especially white ones, cause they're cute little furry creatures, although I've heard some of them can be quite vicious indeed... But skyscrapers get really annoying really fast, and this particular picture has long lost its novelty.

So, I would advise everyone to get back to posting Random Pictures, this is the Random Pictures thread, not the "Skyscraper and bunny" thread, otherwise I'll have to ask the thread to be closed.

...... Get on with it!

The idea for this was good, but we never got the right argument going.

Hows about:

An Immovable Object VS The Unstobbable Force

Go!

IT'S MY TRILOGY, AND I WANT IT NOW!

"[George Lucas] rebooted the franchise in 1997 without telling anyone." -skyjedi2005

"Yeah, well, George says a lot of things..." a young 1997 xhonzi on RASSM

"They're my movies." -George Lucas. 19 people won oscars for their work on Star Wars (1977) and George Lucas wasn't one of them.

Rewrite the Prequels!

You can't defeat something that can't be stobbed, as previously discussed.

Oh I didn't see that this has been bumped till now.

What about the immovable force?

Pfft, no way. Gilligan, Ginger, and Mary Ann were all in a relationship together!!! Gilligan was shooting blanks though. That's why he was so clumsy anyways. None of them wanted off the island. See they had the skipper & the professor taking up a lot of the work. All Gilligan had to do is break stuff and, they got their threesome relationship in paradise secured! Any such outward appearance of not being in a relationship was just an act. So that the professor and, skipper didn't murder Gilligan. Plus since the skipper works so hard all day he sleep very deep making it easy for Gilligan to sneak Ginger and, Mary Ann in at night time. It all makes sense if you look for it.

(Then again I'm lacking sleep again so...)
