This isn't a bug, but I couldn't find a place to ask questions. Basically I want to know where you can go to ask questions about how the site works. Like the terms of service says your account can be deleted for extended inactivity. How long would it have to be inactive? And it sounds like if you're deleted like that you're not allowed re-register later. Is that true?

Sorry for asking in the wrong place, but I don't know what else to do.
