Problem burning M4V to Blu-ray...

So i'm trying to tackle the Star Trek Bonus Disc...

The iTunes file has a frame-rate of 23.976. I use mkvtoolnix to change it to an mkv file, where the frame-rate remains 23.976.

When I try to author and burn to disc using MultiavcHD (which uses tsmuxer), TSmuxer says "Frame Rate: not found" even though Multiavchd still shows 23.976. The resulting file shows a frame-rate of 25fps.

Any ideas? Is there a problem with the header? Is there any way to change that without completely re-encoding?

Here's the info on the initial file:

Have you tried demuxing the iTunes file to MKV with Eac3to?  I don't know if it will work because I've never tried demuxing an M4V, but it's worth a shot.

DEmuxing isn't the problem. It's the muxing that's the problem. For whatever reason, TSmuxer won't recognize the FPS and I have no idea why. :(

I realize that, but I thought that if the header given to the MKV by MKVToolnix were the problem, Eac3to might do a better job.

Yup. I used Clown BD as the GUI. Still didn't work. :(
