That was what was so good about this one and the Lego one.
Trek, Buffy, B5, Superheroes, Doctor Who (which has been half heatedly done), have a wealth of characters one of which is bound to match up with the personas of the board users.
Stamps would be a good one.
Popes, US presidents, Bond Girls, fictional spaceships, action figures.
The possibilities are endless.
I'm enjoying the current theme and hope more people pick up on it.

I am done with the assignments - Strawberry and Chocolate Technicolor Phantoms up for grabs for anyone that wants to change or people missing from the list. You can also follow Anchorhead's lead and choose your own villain from a later Scooby-Doo series - just don't have too many Scooby snacks like greeny and pick an avatar from the wrong cartoon...
I know I may have taken part of the fun out of the theme for some of you by choosing all the avatars (or maybe leaving you out) and for that I apologise, but I initially just did this for entertainment purposes and did not expect it would actually be successful as a theme. Turns out this "forced fun" approach is the way to get numbers :P
