New Torrent user needs some info

Hey, all!

So I'm all set to give dark_jedi's preservations a try, but I'm not sure which Torrent program to use?  Which one would you suggest?

Just in case this info may be pertinent, I'm running:

Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 32-bit
AMD Phenom II x4 955 Processor 3.20 Ghz
4.0 GB RAM (3.24 GB usable)
ATI Radeon HD 6800 series

I used to use BitComet, but since that became too bloated I've used µTorrent. Seems OK, although I'm not a heavy user of torrents so I can't really make a detailed comparison.
