I notice that your Finnish cover on Jedi have the Swedish title as well, but it is spelled wrong, was the original cover it is based on like that? The correct Swedish title is "JEDINS ÅTERKOMST".

We want you to be aware that we have no plans—now or in the future—to restore the earlier versions.

It was like that originally, also the original movie poster has Jedis återkomst. Isn't jedins plural? Because Jedin paluu means jedi in singular so I guess they just translated the Finnish title into Swedish (also Swedish in Finland can be quite different from Swedish in Sweden).

Ah, ok. That's weird. No, "Jedins" isn't plural. I don't know, Jedins is a made up word anyway. In English the word Jedi can be both plural and singular but in Swedish it has to be Jedins or the longer "Jedi-riddarens" (= Jedi Knight) to sound natural.

Updated Kenner cover and added disc label.

This will probably be it for awhile for my English covers.

Why is the Death Star upside down on the Kenner Commercials disc label?

It's from Kenner's own material, I didn't do anything with it. Old school!

It looks a little funny, I know, but it doesn't bother me. If it would be correctly then the superlaser would be right there where the hole is. The picture was like that in many promotional materials:

And in the time of greatest despair, there shall come a savior, and he shall be known as the Son of the Suns.

I believe that the thought was that when sooting at something, the Death Star would point at the target OR that was the old design but George had them change it to the way we see it in the film, because the Marvel comic was the same way.

Or maybe someone at Kenner flipped the negative and either didn't care or didn't notice until it was too late and decided to protect their own ass by not saying anything.

Either way, you should make a corrected version and just throw them both out there - let the end user decide which one to use.

I'm pretty sure it's a common feature of the concept art/early commercial materials - like it was supposed to be pointing DOWN at the planet.

Is it possible to get the hi-res cover for Returning to Jedi? Now it links to a 800x537 pic.

Thanks.
