I've been watching Torchwood: Miracle Day as well. It's been pretty fun, mainly because of the concept.

Wife and I watched "The Guild" on Netflix this weekend. Wow, so stinking funny. I really don't think one has to have a knowledge of World of Warcraft in order to appreciate most of the humor. It's well acted, well written, all around entertaining.

Chief Architect of Cynical MoralityYes, they have all four seasons, each one strung together into one feature length episode. It's pretty awesome.TV's Frink said:

aka PancakesTrailer Park Boys.
Over the past couple months, I watched all 7 seasons, both specials, and the Countdown to Liquor Day movie (having seen the 2006[?] movie last year, but that's a separate continuity from everything else anyway).
It's now one of my favorite shows. It's like It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia crossed with The Office (or, really, any "mockumentary" style sitcom), just with more crime, swearing, and drugs.
Definitely missed Cory and Trevor in the last season, special, and movie. Jacob and the rest of his family just irritated me the whole time. But the season overall was a step up from season 6.
I do know several people that can't stand the show, but hey - one man's garbage is another manperson's good ungarbage. Y'kno'me sayin'?

Green Plastic SkywalkerKnow'm say'n!? Dude I love Trailer Park Boys. I watched the whole run in a months time last year and have probably seen every episode at least three times by now. It's so hard to explain to someone how a show like that can be so great, but it's true.
As for Cory and Trevorless last season, here's why they weren't in it. They have their reasons, I guess, but if you ask me they shoulda just sucked it up and stuck with it for another year.

Yeah, I've read that article. I kinda side with Michael in this situation, though, and frankly I'm surprised they stuck it out for as long as they did, if their story of how they were treated is true.
The boys did a Reddit video AMA (short for "Ask Me Anything") a few days ago, it's interesting stuff (well, when the questions are interesting anyway). John Paul Tremblay (Julian) looks like he wants to strangle everybody that submitted the questions, though. Part 1; Part 2
And glad to see another TPB fan around here!

Magister Pontifex Maximus^Brooker is such a giggle, even if that show recycles heavily from his previous work.
Brooker famously started off as a games reviewer and I am sometimes reminded of him when I listen to these.

TV's Frink got me into the dark side of the force!Currently watching live stream of Nerd HQ for Zachary Levi panel!!!! Running a bit late but, that's okay :).
*edit* It's now over great quote from the the stream.
(talking about shows he'd like to do)
"I'de love to be in space with Adam Baldwin and, Nathan Fillion! And maybe this guy(hugging Joshua Gomez)." - Zachary Levi
It turned into an impromptu Chuck panel!!!! With Adam Baldwin, Mark Christopher Lawrence, Joshua Gomez, and Zachary Levi!!!!

It's pretty good, I've not had to watch them in the "7 minute episode" chunks so its kind of a bummer not to go straight through. I wanna know what'a gonna happen!
Yeah, I just wait for the DVD.

has been intentionally left blank.Yeah science! Breaking Bad is like the second best tv show ever made. - ep 2 of the new season felt a little weak though.
Finally got to the end of Farscape - now I just need to watch the miniseries. Also watched the latest True Blood and some Krod Mandoon.
About to get into spartacus and the latest of Star Trek phase 2 - that fan series that pretty much looks on par with the quality of TOS. - anyone else been keeping up to speed with it? - the eps take forever to be released but they've had a few high profile quest stars like George Takei..
oh yeah and Titus. been getting up to speed on that, slowly. loving it.
Anchorhead said:look at Johnny Ringo, man. If I had to go against that guy it would be an Indiana Jones\Dovchenko event - and I'd be hoping like hell for a bunch of ants.

Chief Architect of Cynical MoralityI've seen the first few episodes. Very good stuff, for the most part. The continual recastings make me sad, but the effects are awesome now that they have Tobias Richter doing them. The attention to detail in the costumes and sets are beyond anything else ever made.Johnny Ringo said:
