Recently started getting into Castle because of twitter. So far I like it. I'm about to watch the third eppy. Though it wasn't the last tv show I watched. That was DS9. Before that the newest episode of switched at birth. Wow Bay just wow. I don't want to give spoilers but, Bay makes me feel like this:

A little bit. Show's decent though :). I think the writers know what they're doing.

Arguably BSG didn't sink to supernatural depths (as we have no idea what the God thing that doesn't like to be called God is).

That take on 'the supernatural' was in the pilot and in the progenitor series too.

Actually 2ndBSG got more supernatural because, Michael Jackson thought the "God" line was good. Ron Moore just thought it was just a neat line for a robot to say. If you don't believe me Ron Moore states it in this video from 2007.
Pt. 1
Pt. 2

Also interestingly if he stayed to this Caprica should never have had the STO. At least not with any humans believing in it.

Twist, come on. I think Bingo would know better than this Ron Moore character (whoever the hell he is).

...has anyone watched the premier of Season 4 for True Blood? if so was it good?

The first ten minutes are completely batshit insane.  The rest of the episode is a good setup for the season's various plots.

I loves me some Sookay!

Since they're like poetry, what with the rhyming and all, I find that I only need to watch three out of the six films.

Yes. and...it was good. I wasn't sure at first but I like where they've gone.

I was getting sick of the direction the show was headed last season and so far it feels a bit more like the early stuff.

** Minor spoiler below.

The Gary Cole cameo had me grinning from ear to ear.

**

watched Ep 3 of Falling Skies and liked it more than the first two. It's still got some way to go to find it's feet but for now at least I'll give it a chance.

They've finally added the 90s x-men cartoon to netflix instant. I knew it was just a matter of time. I have a feeling I'm going to have a good nostalgic(?) Day.

Started my yearly re-watch of "The Prisoner", and it's as relevant as ever.

Also, I just started "Game of Thrones". Not bad, but they are a little heavy handed with the sexual content.

You will not. None of us will, except for a very old and dying Ziggy Stardust who will watch it through teary eyes as he remembers us all.

I agree, this isn't near titillating enough. Mind if I put in one of my DVDs and slip into something a little more comfortable, CP3S dear?

Awww, I was really starting to get into the story-- Oh, you're going to slip into the red one? Hellz yeah I like the red one! Fine, we can finish watching A Game of Thrones later...

Just every single space shot and quite a few of the rest of the effects.  It pisses me off to no end that the original boxsets are out of print in favor of these.  It'll have to be Blu-ray or eBay in order for me to get the rest of the original original series.

Not that that is going to stop you from dreaming... Only in this case, Gaffer is actually a guy.

The Blu-ray uses alternate angles to branch both versions.  As far as I know (but I've never actually seen it, as I have no Blu-ray player), that means ALL the changes will reverted if you choose to watch it that way.

I'm just finishing the full three-season run of The Adventures of Pete & Pete with PinkFive.  I grew up watching the show, but she'd never seen it until now, and she loves it.  It has to be one of the (if not the) greatest children's shows of all time.  It's so well made, intelligent, and most of all hilarious.  Give it a shot if you've never seen it!
