Once it's done, I'm out. So don't worry. -Love, JT.Yes I do, and it is free my friend. If you like, I can give you the REALLY raw, first recording with no processing. It is just two 30-minute long WAV files. Warts and all. I also have the RSO/Polydor original CD of the soundtrack if you want it as well or instead. Let me know and I'll get it ready. :)

Hey SJ, please contact me at jeditray@hotmail.com. It's a pain in the ass to come here through proxies over and over. Thanks!

Jedi KnightI listened to your raw recording of Return of the Jedi and it was a significant sonic improvement over your last effort, it had no digital clipping or level adjustments just the pure bliss of vinyl.
Now if it had been cut up into tracks, and in flac it would have been perfect for release.
See you could actually contribute something to this community.
If you could be reinstated and given a pass on your past transgressions whatever they may be.
It is reiculous how much better sounding your LP rip is than the special edition CD of Jedi, it sounds better than the RSO CD even. I cannot explain this.
The highs and lows are fuller, and they should not be as they came from the same master. Did they apply digital noise reduction to the recordings all the way back in 1983, but the LP was spared of this ?
The only noise reduction i was aware of was the Dolby noise reduction, done at the time and since the seventies on analog master tapes.

Once it's done, I'm out. So don't worry. -Love, JT.Thanks for the kind words, skyjedi2005. It's too bad so many others don't have any. When this project is done and released as promised, I will most likely leave here for good because it is obvious that I won't be reinstated. I'm sure many people, you know who you are, will smile upon reading this.
Anyway, yeah I know the sound has so many differences over the years. I have the CD, and while it's close, just doesn't offer the same depth as the vinyl. The only thing I can attribute it to is the wildly overused method of flattening the mix and raising the overall dB levels. It's harder with CD's to experience the lows and highs of vinyl because of this. The ROTJ CD, and it's RSO/Polydor counterparts for SW and TESB, really come close to the intended sound, but all releases after that get worse.
