I don't know the first thing about how to preserve these films, but I'm curious. Considering the theatrical editions of the PT have been messed with on the home video releases as well, is there a chance someone has or is preserving that film history as well?
If I missed a thread on this, sorry, I read through 4 pages of threads though before I posted.

Padawan LearnerEasy answer is ...... yes. And there are threads here on this. Some of us are looking at how to properly deal with the video while some of us have been working with the audio.
