Thanks to the Burqa Ban are scenes like this:

possible anymore on French streets (the ban includes masks and any headwear that covers the face)?

So does that also mean kids can't wear Halloween masks?

On the plus side, I guess any would-be robbers wearing a balaclava would be arrested before they even made it to bank.

Isn't Halloween kinda American thing?

And in the time of greatest despair, there shall come a savior, and he shall be known as the Son of the Suns.

What about make-up?

If someone painted their face up like Darth Maul wouldn't that obscure their face as much as any mask?

And if the ban Nerds for wearing make-up shouldn't they ban French women from wearing make-up too?

They do Halloween in France.

The Secret History of Star Wars -- now available on Amazon.com!

"When George went back and put new creatures into the original Star Wars, I find that disturbing. It’s a revision of history. That bothers me."

I read this as baklava, which led to an amusing image in my head.

Not to be confused with a balalaika which can be dangerous to eat or wear!

I cant see Bingo's picture, but the law has exceptions written into it including motorcycle helmets and carnival events.

Well there you have it, just have a Parisian rolling Lawrence Of Arabia Con and Muslim women can wear whatever they want.

Surely everyday could be described as some sort of celebration of something where masks and/or cloaky things can be worn.

The French revival of Commedia dell'arte is an obvious get out clause too.

Didn't Queen have some legal problems when they used Darth Vader on some of their shows ?
