I disagree Bingo.  Pedophiles are a different problem than your average garden-variety troll.

I don't recall for sure, I think he was found out.  But IIRC, he didn't exactly deny it, and he sure did talk a lot about young girls in a way that was suspicious at best.  I think there was also some stuff he put on Wikipedia that was pro-pedo or something sick like that.

Ergo my line about not offensive (as I recall he sent suggestive internet messages to Dayv's children) probably more to be as offensive as possible than a genuine attempt at sexual molestation but certainly a thing for the law to deal with.

Once again those posts about Portman aren't proof he is a pedophile but it does prove that he was sick in the head at the time.

He could just as well have been using the largest remaining taboo for shock value (which shows a complete lack of understanding and empathy with the outside world to do that to score points on an internet discussion board).

It's up there with posting doctored holiday snaps of disabled people and adding sexually themed captions to them (something else that happened on here and the mods were kind enough to remove).

I might be wrong, but I'm pretty sure actual messages to a minor could get you prosecuted.  And he admitted he did it.
