Never mind.  They list the game but don't have any sources for it.

The Pwnage Edition is not a fan edit, it's what we call a custom DVD. We don't talk about the distribution of custom DVDs.

May I ask you to upload the audio-tracks somewhere when you have demuxed the streams? I'm very interested in these audiotracks too.

I think I may still have that BMP (and the subpic streams as well), if you wanted to recreate that menu.

Oh, could you post them somewhere? I'd like to add the german audiotrack also and recreate this menu.

I'm a littlebit surprised about the red pics and not sure, what I have to do with them.

Could you please give me a hint what I have to do with them?

The 4-colour bitmaps are the "highlights" that go with the menu - so you can see which option is selected. As it's a 16:9 menu, two subpic streams are required, for P&S and letterbox modes.

I think I used this guide when modifying the GOUT menus.
