@ray_afraid: I'll give that a go. I thought the expanse of stars made it look more 80s t-shirt-esque which to some may look cool and some ugly.
@CatBus: I was actually thinking of putting something like that on the back but wanted to keep away from referencing any of Harmy's work to keep its purpose purely to promote Harmy as opposed to any one specific project he is working on, but I'm open to the fact that there are people far more advanced in the art of subtlety than myself. Also thanks for the anal-retention. I'll fix that.

GOUT suffererAlso, I've never been a fan of shirts with prints on the back. Just my two cents.

A légpárnás hajóm tele van angolnákkal.Yeah, I'd prefer front-only too. I'm also OK with just Harmy Film... it's a subtle potential conversation starter, and a fantastic geek dog-whistle. Seriously, if I saw that shirt across the room, I'd head over there to see if it was Puggo or some other luminary. Or just Frink ;)

Han D. SoloI must say I find this pretty funny. I'm not really looking to make money on any of this and I sure as hell am not about to start selling t-shirts with my name on them. But thanks for the sentiment :-)

Can someone confirm if the torrent(s) of ANH Despecialized on TPB are in fact version 2.1? If not, what version are they?
For clarification: There are two viable torrents listed when you search for "despecialized". The first was uploaded July 4, 2012, is 6.75 GB by moaradin. The second was uploaded March 10, 2012, is 7.96 GB by MixedUpZombie.
I'm confused because the first was uploaded more recently, but the second matches 2.1's listed filesize. I don't want to check myself because my bandwidth is crap (1 Mbit/s) and I have to invest in large downloads like these very carefully.
All help is much appreciated! (Or, heck, a MySpleen invite would be freakin awesome. Either will do, i suppose)

(AKA "Albe Sure")I unfortunately have no invites to send myself, however, I can clarify that NONE of the three versions of Harmy's Despecialized Star Wars currently found on TBP is the latest v2.1 (while the ESB and ROTJ available there are both current at v1.0)…
…the dates are WRONG for that to be possible (v2.1 was released on 03.14.2013 and all currently existing Despecialized torrents on TPB pre-date that). I'm sure that some kind soul will come through with your invite to MySpleen in short order, however, originaltrilogy.com forum members are nothing if not SUPER accommodating and helpful! ;)
p.s. Just for a point of reference, Harmy's original v2.1 release announcement may be found here:

GOUT suffererWe don't know what these "torrent" things you speak of are, we don't have or supply such things around here... But I will say, someone with a user name of MixedUpZombie, must be an MST3K fan...

Will be malfunctioning within a day.Regarding t-shirts, it is easy to go to sites like cafe press and have any shirt in the world made for yourself or some friends for a reasonable price. You just upload your graphics, pick a shirt, quantity, and presto.
Star Wars is the only case in modern film history where the preservation of the original award-winning version has been left up to the fans. That fact alone proves that Lucas is insane.

DANGER! DANGER!Urm..cafe press eah? I will look into if they do full shirt graphic prints, as all of the ones i know of just cater for for the more simple 'lads going on holiday' text prints only.
There could be the legal obstical though (i took some hi-rez custom DVD covers to printing firm once, and they refused to do it for me for that reason).

Looks like Harmy does not share our optimistic appraisal of the situation. :p

Friday night my wife asked our three-and-a-half-year-old what movie she wanted to watch. She replied, "the robot movie." We assumed she meant Wall-E. then she said, "with Princess Leia!" She's seen little bits of a Star Wars before but I guess her friends at preschool have been talking about it. Her favorite part is when Threepio takes a bath. Anyway, we're watching it and, in the first scene on the blockade runner, she says of Darth Vader, "That's her daddy." Spoilers abound on the playground!
Anyway, I'm delighted every time I watch the DeEd, Harmy. It's a great piece of work and I'm looking forward to 2.5.

Hey guys,
As a long time, die-hard Star Wars geek, I'm so excited that I found this! Is there any chance someone could send me a MySpleen invite so I can finally experience Star Wars the way I remember it when I was a kid?
Thanks in advance, and may the Force be with you!

Maybe a Harmy Film is a lens filter or extra movie film layer that covers up special edition changes...
Haha. Just like the blue filter glasses used for display calibration tests.

Nope. You'll find no legal police there. I have made several Star Wars related shirts over the years with no issues. Also, The Imperial Gunnery forum has a Webstore now with all kinds of high quality logos on t-shirts, and they are by no means "official." I know one thing. I like this idea and whether or not someone designs one we all agree on, I WILL have a shirt displaying Harmy Film. It just has to be done.

In Ep.VII, we will learn, through a series of disturbing flashbacks, that in actuality Jar Jar Binks is Leia's father.
