A) I understand making the final tweaks. If it were me, I wouldn't be able to sleep at night without everything being just the way I wanted it.
B) OHMYGOSH Hamill, Fisher, and Ford in VII? That might be worth seeing. I'll still have to wait to hear from other moviegoers just to make sure nothing asinine happens like, oh i don't know, Jar Jar inexplicably showing up...if the coast is clear, I'm all over that lol.
C) @MichaelKirshner: Forgive me for not noticing your original post, but from whence did those pics come? They're awesome. Looks like a print source?
I got them from the high res section on 4chan and then I downloaded them all and posted them onto photobucket

Padawan LearnerThe pics are GREAT. They would be a great addition to your bluray, Harmy. Even if you'd just add them to some "extras" folder

I suppose, but the little droid isn't on screen long enough to get proper Torgo theme music going. Besides Tobor is from the Rifftrax to the Star Wars Holiday Special (totally watch it this way, btw), which makes it a relevant reference for a Star Wars commentary.
If your parents love you, they will buy you Tobor.
Have had it (actually, full confession, along with every single feature riff, and a whack of shorts and iriffs as well...btw, Breaking Wind..er...Dawn pt 2 next week, WOO-HOO!!) since release...don't remember Tobor though. I blocked out a whole bunch of that one.
And there's ALWAYS time for the haunting Torgo theme...
Btw, what the heck is that last pic from? Only one I've never seen, and I never realized they shot any of the cockpit stuff against, what, rear projection? Awesome pic.
Tobor was among the commercials they riffed during The Holiday Special. Check it out here, with rifftrax http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o3dx2uGcbHk

Padawan LearnerHey Michael,
Do you have a link to that set of pics on Photobucket?

It is in my post above.
Now lets stop cluttering Harmy's thread with stuff.
Harmy, it would be great if sometime in the future you recorded a track talking about some of the shots. I could put together a commentary track for BD that could work from that, even if talking about any given shot went for way way longe than the shot itself, it can still work. I know there would be huge interest.

GOUT suffererI agree that even if talk of your work goes on beyond the particular shots, it should be quite acceptable, even welcome, to take up otherwise dead air where you didn't make any changes with further explanation.
Poita, are you saying you'd take audio of him talking about all of his work and then edit/arrange that into a topical commentary track? If so, I could see it being interesting, though I do enjoy the flow of a real time talk; but then I may just love the occasional mild rambling and accidental insight that tends to slip in...

Just watched the 2.0 again and I noticed something during the opening crawl. It seems as though the stars disappear early and reappear late as the scroll passes over them. Almost as if the text has some kind of opaque black border.
Is this correct? I've never noticed it before in any other version but I'm not all that observant most of the time :)

Actually I meant to do that, or attempt a picture in picture version that has the part being discussed in a window while the movie continues on, or have the movie pause and other video play during the crucial bits of the talk and then continue on. I've seen it on a few bluray titles and I like the effect.

That would be cool does anyone on here know if that sort of thing is possible with consumer software?

Out of curiosity, does v2.1 correct the jittery shimmering of the removed cellblock extension just after an hour and ten minutes in? Like in the special edition they extended it digitally, so Harmy replaced the original set extension, but it shakes a round a bit independently of the rest of the image in v2.0.

Hi Harmy,
Thanks again for all your hard work. Very much looking forward to 2.1. I just watched 2.0 again tonight and found a possible error. At 31:21 there is a sudden color shift, most noticeable on Ben's cloak (shifts to a darker shade of brown). Figured I better mention it in case no one else has, and perhaps could be corrected in 2.1. Other than that, and things that I know have already been reported, it is just about perfect!

Yes, he completely recolor-timed that scene. He posted a link to it 2 or 3 months ago.

Han D. Solo@Guspaz: Unfortunately not - it's one of the last few things that still bother me a bit but I really wasn't able to fix it.
@Infinity: Yeah that's been fixed, including the weird jump that it does.
@animemaakuo: The AVCHD should be done in a few days. The BD in about a month I suppose.
@Space Kaijuu: I managed to improve that whole shot quite a bit but there is still some inevitable blurriness around the Dewback.
