So, unless I misunderstood - the mkv will have the exact same picture quality as the BD? I'm somewhat of a newb with video formats.

Harmy can you give us official MD5 of your release? TPB and MySpleen torrents DON'T MATCH! The one downloaded from TPB only matches 24.4% of MySpleen torrents main movie mkv!

I noticed that as well. The one from MySpleen also seems to have some extraneous files in the Project Threepio folder.

That's weird. Maybe the uploaders can check if their files are ok using a tool called Multipar.

I am downloading with cca 4kBps and uploading with cca 100 kBps :-) Is there any chance for an "alternate source" ?

So I didn't touch the Threepio folders in anyway. Which extraneous files are you referring to?
I'm not quite sure how to check with multipar outside the context of using a newsgroup program that does it for me; some guide would be nice - please pm. It would not be fun to have to nuke this release and start over but it is what it is.

Harmy, I just finished watching your Remastered Edition. This has to be, without a doubt, one of the most remarkable efforts in film restoration ever undertaken by a single man. I mean, I really cannot believe what you've done with the sources available to you. Amazing doesn't do this justice. This is simply extraordinary. Thank you.
EDIT: I should mention that the torrent I downloaded from 1337x.org contained a badly damaged MKV, and though I had it recheck my download against the torrent, I was still left with a damaged MKV. Fortunately, I was able to download it from another (non-torrent) site.

The following files are present in the Threepio directory in the MySpleen torrent, but not in the TPB torrent: _README.html, prep_subs-match.pl, preb_subs-rtl.pl, prep_subs.pl, and the directory "vsfilter.dll", containing centerleft_mod_src.7z and VSFilter.dll. Whether they're supposed to be included or not, I don't know, but it's an anomaly between the two torrents.
