South Jersey DevilI deleted one of the picture above. I kept looking at it and and looking at it. I realized the people in it were not actually African American, they were white people in black face. Unfortunately there is a history of that in the mummer's parade although it has been banned by the city. I sincerely apologize to everyone who saw it and/or were offended.
