I simply fail to see whether a man is perceived as being femmy or not has anything to do with the quality of an animated tv show they work on.
Oh, I was just looking to say something dismissive and so that's the what came to mind. Yeah, it ultimately has little to do with the TV show. (If I disliked every TV show by a gay producer, I think that'd limit my options by half.)

Ce n'est pas DuracellEnergizerI had a dream the other night that Earth was invaded and conquered by the Martians from Mar Attacks!. The Martians essentially turned the planet into one big concentration camp, and slowly began to exterminate the human race.
There were also Jedi in my dream. They weren't aliens, themselves, though; they were all Earth-born humans and they wore normal clothes. The Martians were targeting them the most for annihilation, so they had gone into hiding. Spider-Man - who was also a Jedi - was the only who was still operating in public.
The dream ended with all the Jedi coming out of hiding to defeat the Martians once and for all. They took out their plastic lightsabers - coloured yellow and magenta for the most part - which became real lightsabers, and pooled their Force powers together to drive the Martian invasion force from the Earth. This final action is only implied to happen, though, and isn't actually seen; the dream comes to an end with a weird light show accompanied by New Age music, and then the credits literally started rolling.
God doesn't think in terms of black or white - or even shades of gray - but in big, bright, bold hues of blue and orange.

That's a fun dream. I always feel so refreshed when I wake up from any sort of vivid, dynamic dream. Even nightmares feel cathartic.

Yes! I won the Faces Laserdiscs on eBay recently and today, they finally showed up. These look way better on my 42" TV than I would've expected, and my player is even a measly Pioneer CLD-S315.
So screw GOUT - now I can finally get my OOT fix (and a fair share of home video nostalgia) till Harmy and -1 wrap up their projects :)

Han is cool. Anakin burned from lava flames engulfing his entire body. Permanently damaging his skin and internal organs. The leather/rubber/whatever type suit being put on his untreated skin further exacerbating the burns. Transported to said suit fitting under a rainy day unprotected from that rain causing more aggravation. All this putting him into extended fever and pain. Luke is handy. Lando is secretive. Leia is bold. Chewy has fur. Padme what the fuck is wrong with you?

What programs had references? I've noticed a bunch, but I watch too much tv and am spotting them all the time. Eastbound and Down, Whitney, Big Bang Theory, Chelsea, Comic Book Men, Colbert, Daily Show, Todd Margaret in the last month or so.

A victim of Lucasfilm's desire to give every freaking background character a backstory. At the moment me and my house mate can't stop singing the cantina bands music, which led to a discussion on the musical instruments used by the band. I decided to do some research on the wookiepedia and found something..... disturbing!

In response to the comment that it's best to (basically) just give in to the PC police, I'll just ape Joe Rogan's sentiment: You have to stand up for yourself and what's right. You can't keep submitting to the media/political establishment's commands and further limit and limit and limit your vocabulary - but, worse than that, your thoughts, too. Because even if you think that you've properly limited your vocabulary....pretty soon they're just going to change the rules, anyway, and still more words will be forbidden.
Instead of being the brave rebel fighting the PC police who want to control your thoughts (ooooooooh scaaaaaary!!!) maybe you're being the guy who might step back and reevaluate his actions. Is calling Dave Filoni effiminate really "standing up for what's right?" If you think it is, perhaps a quick look at your values might be in order.
Why mention that Filoni is, in your opinion, somehow effiminette? Do you mention he's tall? His hair color? His nationality? His lacross stats?
Are you being "commanded to further limit your vocabulary", or are you being challenged to consider your predjudices? If Filoni has a lisp and you don't like how he walks, what bearing does that have on a cartoon he produces unless you consider being effinminette (and whatever else you imply) a bad thing that somehow rubs off on his work.
While I didn't read what you said on TFN that got you banned, I do notice a wide group that conflates rudeness and thoughlessness with bravery.

It's no coincidence that the word "polite" and the word "political" (as in PC) share the same root. Yes, politeness is technically a form of self-censorship, and attempts to enforce politeness are a form of censorship. But almost all social environments work better when people are polite and respectful most of the time. I'm GLAD I work in an environment where I could get fired for telling my co-workers they were worthless pieces of shit, because, you see, it works in reverse and everyone benefits.
I get it, really I do. When I was a kid I was filled with outrage that my mom wouldn't let me talk about vomit at the dinner table. It WAS censorship. But there are degrees and moderation in everything. The "PC" boogeyman certainly has the capacity to step over the line into real harmful censorship, but I find that it happens far less frequently than people step over the line of just being rude for no constructive purpose.
