As a variation on the same gag you could keep the original shot of the ship but flip the interior footage so it's upside down.
I quite like narrowscreen, more films should be made that way.
Ha-ha, I like the term narrowscreen.

Can we have Mad Regan and Mad Michael Jackson from BTTF2 in Dexter's Diner? Maybe some New Pepsi.
Also I have to bring a rejected idea from TRM: The line from Ghost Writer where Ewan MacGregor says, "Now this is getting ridiculous!".
IT'S MY TRILOGY, AND I WANT IT NOW!

But I'd have to watch Ghost Writer then.
BTTF2 is possible. I'll have to watch it first but since the wife owns it, that shouldn't be too big of a deal.

of Earth.I sent you the exact time it happened in the movie. And I saw it in BlockBuster's $5 pile the other day. It's totally worth it.
Let me know, and I will buy it for you.

That would be great. It should be incorporated into every Ridiculous edit, kind of like "I have a bad feeling about this." Han even says "This is ridiculous" just after coming out of the secret compartment in the Falcon in ANH, should Frink ever consider ridiculousizing the OT.
"The 1997 special edition seemed like a cool idea, but I don't think any of us were expecting it to be the "death" of the films as we knew them." -- C3PX

Wait for me. I shall be merciful and quick.I knew the day would come when the idea I've had floating around in my head since 2002 would finally be of use. Right around the time when Attack came out and Ben Burtt was doing interviews for the film he was always happy to talk about how he achieved this sound or that sound but for some reason he never wanted to talk about how he did the sonic shockwave sound during the Geonosis asteroid scene. It was always pretty obvious to me and I've wanted to do this or see this done.
Basically, to me those sonic booms have always sounded like the opening to the Boys are Back in Town by Thin Lizzy. Here's the sound effect in the film. I always thought it would be funny to hear the lyric "The boys are back in town" faded in and out after every sonic boom. =P

Awesome.
Also it could play over the credits.

My original concept was to use Dr. Girlfriend from The Venture Bros., but I liked the Emperor lines better.
Not sure I'm sold on the R2 lines, however.

Chief Architect of Cynical MoralityI like the R2 lines. They make him more like the Darths and Droids character, which I like. Maybe each movie R2 can have a different thing. Episode 1 was memes, maybe we can help you make Episode 2 R2 be more of a gamer. I can already think of some good stuff for the droid factory sequence...

Magister Pontifex MaximusI have no idea how to do it but it would be funny if the factory isn't actually making battledroids but battledroid action figures, a mis-judgement of scale.

It's a "what if Star Wars didn't exist but someone was playing the same situations in a Dungeons & Dragons type game" comic.
The guy who "plays" R2 is one of the annoying D&D players who takes advantage of every rule to make the best character possible for the campaign, which means he can do practically anything but is only allowed to speak in droid language (which he doesn't follow).
