I have a few ideas for the final duel segments but haven't had time to work on them yet.  I'd like to have Obi-wan get trapped by the force field multiple times instead of just once.  Also have him yell NOOOOOOOOOOOOO before Qui-Gon gets killed, and then use Qui-Gon's reaction shot where he gives a strange look at Maul to have him looking at Obi-wan instead - kind of a "WTF are you yelling about" look.

^And then, of course, you need to have him NOT yell after Qui-Gonn dies, right? :p

Of course.  That's a spot for his "good job" line from the arena battle in AOTC, I think.
