Does this explain why we're all here?

it seems that George Lucas just can’t help fiddling with his movies. Who knows why he continues to do this? Perhaps he just didn’t have the technology to realise his original vision back in 1999…

TPM in 3D was given a new copyright date.  Don't know if other conversions have done the same.
