Cardboard printing?

I'm looking to make a cardboard digipak boxed set for my eventual Revisited trilogy....and I've started work on ANH but have run into a wall when it comes to printing. I can't find a place that will print on anything over 100lbs stock......not even the ones that have flat print printers. Anybody out there have ideas?

you could print on A4 sticker backed photopaper, then apply this to the cardoard to make the box

yeah, had thought of that.....but the bigger problem is the disc folder itself......I can't find anyone who can print in high enough quality on thick enough cardboard thats big enough to fold into the folder that has the plastic tray glued to it........

You mean an Amaray case?  I just use regular old multipurpose paper.  Looks just fine to me.

Those type of cases aren't printed on directly. You first have a sheet of card then the printed sheet is laminated tot he cardboard, cut then pressed to create the scoring. Using the same method i mentioned above would work still give you the desired results as it's basically the same method the professional houses would use
