Hipster KingI'm watching the Shining right now and I just thought it would be cool it we just talked about a certain movie. What do you guys think?
I'd think we should pick films that are out on DVD , so we don't require trips to the theater.

See You, Space Cowboy...I agree with sean's idea. Perhaps we should do a weekly movie night? Chat in the IRC or something and leave it to ... ehem, however you choose... to find the movie of the week.
A more traditional movie club would also be interesting, but I think the above could be a lot of fun.

I don't think I could keep up with anything scheduled. I could do a traditional movie club I think.

Better a bad bomb than a bombadPerhaps rolling a little less regimented. Like, a list of four movies for the month, giving some leeway for availability (Netflix streaming rules!) and situation (I usually have to watch movies my beloved finds acceptable).
So maybe March's movies could be
- Cannibal Holocaust
- Argo
- The Room
- Disney's Hercules
Watch what you can, contribute as the month goes on.
