Best Jedi?

Best Jedi?

Who was the strongest jedi ever?  From between both Sith and Light side jedi.  Strongest in wisdom or something other than force and combat is welcome also.

There is no ignorance, there is knowledge.

You'd have to go with Yoda, really.  He is equal to The Emperor by the Power of the Force, and Yoda had much more wisdom than the foolish old Palpatine.

-Someone, someday, needs to bring back the LIGHT SIDE to Star Wars.  Has anyone else noticed striking similarites between the character of Anakin/Vader and George Lucas, or is it just me?

-It's called STAR WARS. NOT "Episode IV: A New Hope". Kids, get this straight.

-Please read the Archie Goodwin daily SW comics: Too good to be forgotten!

The Marvel interpretation of the young Ben Kenobi was pretty ripped too!

Ha.  Was that Kit Fisto?  Darth Vader was stronger than Starkiller at least in the Force and strength, right?

I hear Dillon Smith was an extremely powerful Jedi, but he was also very shy and lacked people skills.  He ultimately wasted away his life on an Internet board devoted to Babylon 5.

The ROTJ collaborative thread is a wealth of ideas, both on how to edit Return of the Jedi, as well as how to collaborate in an edit.  Emanswfan has taken leadership of the project.

Password for all ROTJ-related clips: ROTJ

A very rough edit of how the Battle of Endor could go
A very rough idea of how ROTJ could end

Rough edit based on the final script with some deviation:

Huh?  Internet board?  I guess you are just joking.

I don't get it either.

The Jedi are a weird bunch.

Ben "fibber" Kenobi.

Qui-Gon "child catcher" Jinn.

Mace "Shaft" Windu.

Iamaho "sits in the background not saying anything for one episode" Mosexual.

Kit "mild green grinning lipped squid' Fisto.

Yoda is the only Jedi worth mentioning and only in his older, wiser, dignified state.

Say goodbye, to all this and "hello" to Jason Issacs.

Kenobi is only a "fibber" because George made him so...ret-cons have their consequences!

Hang on, you are trying to fool me into believing George Lucas is a real person aren't you?

Say goodbye, to all this and "hello" to Jason Issacs.

Until the EU chronicles the lives and times of each and every Jedi that ever existed, exists, and will exist, I must say that this question can never be answered. =P

The best Jedi:

Is, of course, Xhonzi from the planet Naboo who beat Ric Olie in a handsome contest, so we know that he is not only powerful, wise, and kind, but also handsome.

Strange that I cannot find his wikipedia page right now...

Ikrit. He played the role of Anakin Solo's mentor and his pet. It is like every small Star Wars fans dream to get a cute bunny-kitten-puppy-squirrel hybrid thingy that also happens to be a wise old Jedi Master dedicated to helping you learn the ways of the Force.

He's like a version of Yoda that has never picked up a lightsaber and he is clearly more badass than Mace Windu.

He's so handsome, and yet google can't even find a picture of his face!  I'm wondering if this contest was rigged.

This is clearly fake...as if I would lose.

And then he gets killed liked a bitch by the Yuuzhan Vong.

God, what a piece of shit the New Jedi Order series turned out to be. It along with the rapid prequelization following AOTC is the straw that broke the EU camel's back.

Not a Jedi: check

Not from Naboo: check

Didn't win the contest: check

Not powerful: check

Not wise: check

Not kind: check

Not handsome: check

It's a clean sweep!

Hmmm, I seem to remember once reading a wikipedia article that proves you wrong, Fink.

That article seems to have disappeared but it was up there once, and if it is on wikipedia then it has to be true.

Oh absolutely, if it's on wiki it's true.  But links or it didn't happen.
