Okay, here is my dilemma.....

I am doing my own LD transfer of TPM to have a theatrical version for my collection.  I captured each side separately, uncompressed, in virtualdub.  Originally, I thought I had fixed my issue with a side flip, sides A & B, but every time I play it through in tests it would seem that I still have an issue.

End of Side A is the probe going through the streets of Tatooine, Side B starts with Boonta's Eve and the pod-race.  My issue is that the transition between side flips does not seem to move smoothly and I don't know why.  I've tried correcting it using all the info I've gathered here and other places I've done research but I guess I'm missing something.

I know the scene transition is smooth on the DVD and the VHS but it seems like I'm missing music or frames.       

Can anyone shed some light on how to fix this?  Thanks.
