Alternate names for Star Wars characters?

My four year old daughter calls C3PO "The Golden Man", and Vader is called "The Big Meanie" (quite accurate really). Chewbacca is Chewmacca.

All the other characters she ignores except Yoda (she has a cuddly toy version of him). Mind you she has only ever managed to watch a few snippets of the OT.

I know there is footage of a young girl describing C3PO as "The Shiny guy" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EBM854BTGL0

Any other examples of alternate names for the characters?

My kid is just under 2, and he calls R2 "Beep Beep" and Vader "Hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh"

I know people who still call anyone who is a Force ghost a "blue glowy".

I used to call Darth Vader Dark Vader when I was a kid before I was corrected - by the movies or my school classmates, I'm not sure which.

God doesn't think in terms of black or white - or even shades of gray - but in big, bright, bold hues of blue and orange.

I called Darth Vader Lord Vader, I didn't know that lord meant and thought it was his name. My mom corrected me and it took a little time to get used to Darth, LOL.

My family members still call C-3PO "3-CPO"

It's an easy mistake I guess.

In Mexico is quite common for kids to call R2 "Arturito" which means Little Arthur.

You will not. None of us will, except for a very old and dying Ziggy Stardust who will watch it through teary eyes as he remembers us all.

I always thought that "Greedo" should be "Grido" - pronounced the same but spelled differently in the subtitles.  So that his greed would be more implicit than explicit.

What?  No, this thread is about Star Wars characters.

IT'S MY TRILOGY, AND I WANT IT NOW!

"[George Lucas] rebooted the franchise in 1997 without telling anyone." -skyjedi2005

"Yeah, well, George says a lot of things..." a young 1997 xhonzi on RASSM

"They're my movies." -George Lucas. 19 people won oscars for their work on Star Wars (1977) and George Lucas wasn't one of them.

Rewrite the Prequels!
