Well, that's definitely not the story we got last time...

but it is the story I got from Shawn just yesterday.

keep in mind, Jay honestly thought that Dayv was dying from cancer and needed help when he sent the mass email.    

I'd like to hear from Ricardo as well. 

I don't think there was anything wrong with Jay sending out a mass email asking for donations.  As Warb said, we all honestly thought that Dayv had cancer, and that he needed help.  If it were anyone else on the forum, Jay would have done the same.

Whether or not he would after all this drama is another story...

the more I think of it, the more I think it might be a good idea to contact a certain forum who is on a sabbatical right now.    He might be interested in this . . . 

But am not the right person to contact him because he and I aren't on speaking terms anymore.   

Came on here earlier as I'd been send a PayPal refund email by a David *****. Didn't recognise the name until I saw the mangler bros email address.

Then I came here and have just finished reading up about all this - wow!

Not sure what to think at this precise moment, but having known people that have died from Cancer, and people that have also managed to beat it, I am stunned that anyone could have the audacity to accept donations on a forum if they were faking it. Of course by the looks of things some members - including myself - have been refunded. I'm not sure what to make of that either - admission of guilt, or not?

If Davy has indeed got cancer then I still wish him all the very best with the treatment. If he hasn't... well I guess Karma gets there in the end.

EDIT: Had a PM from PSYCHO-DAVY asking me to edit his full name. Have to say this has increased my suspicion about this whole situation, but I've done what he asked. Anyone who fancies doing their own google search on his name can check their PayPal refund notices.....

but you made us think it had been stolen when it really hadn't.   It goes toward your credibility.   

I'm very interested to see what proof he provided Jay with, cause right now, it does not look good Dayv.   I find it very difficult to believe that you'd return the donations if you truly needed the money get cancer treatments in order to save your life.    Returning the donations in that situation is like committing suicide.

another thing: back in 2008, Dayv told me in an email that he had cancer and said he had told his ex about it(the one that is mother of his children).   You make recall about a week ago, Dayv posted about not being able to see his kids for Christmas.   I talked to him in pms about this and said that I couldn't believe his ex wouldn't allow him to see his children knowing that it might be his last Christmas.   He then told me that the ex didn't know about the cancer.   Either he lied to me in 2008 or he lied to me a week ago.
