Personally Ill even tolerate shitty punctuation,its something a lot of people do now but I dont like it

Oh, please Dayv add me! I was at school, and unavailable to get on! This is something I'd definately love to judge me being the owner of over 200 movies...

SORRY, bingy13, BUT I DO BELIEVE THAT I HAVE ALL OF THE JUDGES THAT I'LL NEED. PERSONALLY, I WOULDN'T MIND FOUR MORE JUDGES, BUT YOU HAVE TO KEEP IN MIND THAT EACH CONTESTANT WILL HAVE TO SEND A COPY OF THEIR EDIT TO EACH JUDGE. IT CAN GET REALLY EXPENSIVE TO SEND SEND PACKAGES. I HAD EVEN THOUGHT ABOUT CHARGING AN ENTERANCE FEE IN ORDER TO HAVE A CASH PRIZE FOR THE WINNER, BUT I JUST COULDN'T JUSTIFY IT. I HAVE SOME GOOD PRIZES, AND I'M SURE I WILL HAVE SOME MORE STOCKED UP REALLY SOON AS WELL. I'M HOPING THAT THIS CONTEST GETS PICKED UP BY OTHER MEDIA GROUPS AS WELL, SO THAT THOSE WHO HAVE WORKED HARD ON THEIR ENTERIES WILL BE ABLE TO GET THE RECOGNITION THAT THEY DESERVE. WHO KNOWS, BUT MAYBE SOME MOVIE STUDIO WILL OFFER THE WINNERS A JOB AS AN EDITOR ??? IT WOULD BE REALLY COOL FOR THEM. AS SOON AS IT STARTS I'M GOING TO CONTACT OTHER SITES TO HELP PROMOTE IT.

it sure would be nice if someone did a friday the 13th fan edit. take the best "cuts" and edit them into one generic friday the 13th movie. if i had the talent, i'd do it!

I'M PUTTING THE FINISHING TOUCHES ON THE GRADING SCALE RIGHT NOW. WE'RE ALSO TRYING TO NARROW DOWN THE MOVIE LIST FOR THE SECONDARY CONTEST.

I HAVE A FEW PMs TO SEND OUT BEFORE THE CONTEST STARTS. EVERYTHING SHOULD BE SET UP BY THE END OF NEXT WEEK FOR IT TO START.

Am I the only one who thinks this shouldn't start until Ep III is out, if you get my drift?

THE SUBMISSIONS PERIOD WON'T END UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2005. THERE WILL BE PLENTY OF TIME FOR PEOPLE TO EDIT ROTS.

Unfortunately my edit will not be ready in time to be entered into this contest. Completely dubbing the main character takes a LONG time.

I would hope there will be a second contest, of course depending on if dayv would like to coordinate this contest again, and if the first one is fairly popular.

WE'LL SEE HOW THIS ONE GOES FIRST, BUT I DO SUSPECT THAT THERE WILL BE A SECOND ONE. I WOULD LOVE TO MAKE THIS INTO AN ANNUAL EVENT. HOWEVER, THERE'S ONLY SO MUCH STUFF IN THE PSYCHO ONE'S PRIZE VAULT. THIS CONTEST WILL PROBABLY EMPTY IT OUT.

Would the fan edits be available for viewing by non-judges?

Or perhaps just the winners' movies? I realize that this is going to be a while from now, but I figure I'd ask now. I'd love to see people's edits on these movies. See the changes/improvements...
