I would like to get some good high res scans or digital pictures of all 3 of the original metal lunch pails for some covers (ie my collector card covers). I'd really like to capture the look and feel of the lunch boxes using the sides as well if at all possible. Thanks in advance.

Coov,
Frickin' sweet!
Any chance you could put the handle on the spine, and maybe overlay "STAR WARS" on top of it?

That was the way I was originally planning on heading, but with the narrowness of the spine it just would not look right (especially taking away the classic feel and flow).
It would be sweet to do a box set of each movie and use the sides and everything.

Ah, you've taken me back to Kindergarten. Mine lasted me four years, before I replaced it with a Pac Man lunchbox.

Indeed! Do you want me to carve your initials on it?
I'd love for it to become a part of a set!

I'll put out High-res covers after I can get scans from the others... or when I give up on that idea.

Thanks, man. I have those. I was going to settle for those but the scans that Anchorhead provided have such personality... I'd love to duplicate that. I may have to try to fake it.

Yeah! I have/had the Pac-Man lunch box too. I loved that lunch box, more than either of my SW boxes. Coov, I would scan you my ROTJ box, but the problems there are two fold (beyond it being fairly scratched up). First, it is packed away in storage someplace, and second, I don't own a scanner.

Hi, I'm looking for these artworks of the vintage lunch boxes, of course without the "Despecialized Edition" and in better resolution:

Does anyone still have them and could send them to me? PPPLLEEEAASSSEEE, I love them so much! :-)

You could ask Harmy, who obviously made the DeEd logos there.

Already did, he has them on an old hard drive, which he would have to search first. So I first asked here before bothering him again. ;-)
