I try to shrink the picture to fit the little tiny size you allow, but after I do that the picture looks so distorted it loses it's image. Could you expand the size of the aviator?

No plans to make the avatars any larger or allow larger file sizes, sorry. This has been discussed before. A 5k image at 80x80 pixels is more than enough for an avatar, as has been demonstrated by anybody currently using one.
