Below is a suggested format for project descriptions. It is unlikely that you will need to use all of these headings; leave sections out if not relevant, or if no information is available.

Reference Code
- Some fan disc releasers - e.g. babyhum, digitalfreaknyc, blaksvn - give each of their discs a reference code.

DVD Artwork
- Embed a preview image not more than 445px wide, or thumbnails if there are several alternative covers available
- Include links to download full resolution printable covers/disc art, if available

NFO
- If the original distribution included an NFO file (ASCII file giving information about the release), include a link here.
- For NFOs that contain ASCII art which may not display correctly in a browser, include links to a PNG image along with the original text file

Background
- Describe what inspired or prompted the project, how long it took to create the edit, etc.

Software/hardware
- Briefly describe or list the hardware and software used in the creation of the project

Project details
- Provide a detailed account of changes made
- Include spoiler warnings if giving a list of cuts/insertions

Extras
- Describe any special features or DVD-ROM content on the disc

Known flaws
- this section is intended to be used as confirmation that technical flaws are present in the original version; to rule out questions that any problems with a disc might have been caused by files becoming corrupted along the way, or disc burning errors.

Screenshots
- embed thumbnails with links to full resolution images
- screenshots of DVD menus
- video stills (to judge quality of preservation projects)
- comparison images (for custom DVDs)

Other Versions
- Mention other official versions of the same project, e.g. earlier or later revisions, PAL/NTSC conversions, dual/single layer or Xvid versions, etc.
- Include url links to project details page for other versions

Related Links
- Include links to project thread in originaltrilogy.com forum where appropriate
- Any other links related to edit (preferably to information that can be read without registration or subscription)
- Do not include rapidshare download or torrent site links
