The main difference between this version is that it will maintain original 5.1 Dolby Digital soundtracks and full pristine quality of the 16x9 1.85:1 Anamorphic image taken from the best DVD sources available.

One minor edit was made to Evil Dead II--flipping the scene with Ash in the cellar where his chainsaw has flipped hands. Some minor edits will be made to the AoD Director's Cut from dialogue/scenes that were made classic from the Original Theatrical cut ("Good... bad... I'm the one with the gun!", "Yeah... and I'm a Chinese jet-pilot", "put your backbones into it!", "women and children first!" and the original theatrical ending). "Good... bad... I'm the guy with the gun" scene was taken from RidgeShark's 'Primitive Screwhead Edition' which ultimately was sourced from the Australian theatrical version of Army of Darkness (the aspect ratio has been adjusted).

No video or audio was compressed in creating this version. Combined avg quality: 7722 kbps.

May release a separate DVD with the original Apocalyptic ending as there wasn't enough space to include it on this version.

note: would love to include the better looking quality material that wasn't included on director's cut DVD of the TV version from USA TV/Sci-Fi Channel (this includes the scene where Ash is sucker punched and steals the King's sword). this and much more will be included on the Extended Director's Cut by RidgeShark.

UPDATE: DVD video is complete. The menu is the only concern of now.

Future editions may include the original Apocalyptic ending (as there wasn't enough space to include it on this version) and colour corrected blood (green, black, very light red, etc) for Evil Dead II to change the blood back to red [major work required].
