Very few Star Trek: Original Series episodes can be mixed together to form one long movie, however 'The Ultimate Computer' and 'The Omega Glory' are two such episodes. My intention was therefore to cerate an edit in which the planet the Enterprise approached in' The Ultimate Computer' to test the capabilities of the M-5 computer, is now the planet from 'The Omega Glory' and so Kirk and a landing party investigate the U.S.S. Exeter, which is mysteriously in orbit. The planet-side events from 'The Omega Glory' follow this, before a return to 'The Ultimate Computer'. Throughout 'The Omega Glory' segment, with careful editing, it now appears that Daystrom and the M-5 are in fact onboard, and that the crew of 20 personnel are waiting to assist Kirk and his landing party. Finally, I wanted to create a new ending for 'The Ultimate Computer' in which Commodore Wesley does indeed fire on the Enterprise.
