Wait, wait, wait... you're accusing me of turning "a perfectly good thread inside out" and then you go and try to set an appointment with Jay to actually do this? You sick little freak.

We've always known Shimmy was a sick little freak. Look at his typing skills.

Sorry, I had to take a break from development for a while. Too much going on and I needed a rest.

I'm back on it now.

I think the week between Christmas and New Year's will be a great time to work on the site because I'll be at work (no vacation days left this year) and no one else will.

I know I said I didn't want to do it over the holidays, but it's looking like that might be the best time to get some work done.

Merry Christmas, OT!!!!!!!! This isn't really a bad thing, Jay; I'll have time to check out the new site since the courts will be closed for most of the week.

Got sick over vacation. Didn't do much those days.

Grandmother in hospital today. Doesn't look like anything serious, luckily. But no work done today either.

Continuing with development.

Could we use the Hollywood phrase and say that you're in development "hell"?

You say you didn't get much done Jay, but I came to this thread because I'm sure I've seen a dramatic increase in speed on loading forum pages from the server sometime in the last couple of days... or am I imagining it?

I'm working on new software, not the current boards. No idea what would cause your speed improvement.

Yes but for its birthday will the rerelease of the site but the Archival Edition, the enhanced Original Version or just a temporary release with a new 'coat of paint' until he can tweak it further? Maybe we should all save a copy of the O-OT.Com?

Sometimes, when I'm sitting at my computer and staring at a screen full of code, I want to eat a bullet.

I'm under more pressure now to get the site done because the wedding and holidays put us in a financial pinch and I need to start selling some damn t-shirts or something.

Wasn't there hints of OT.Com swag in the works? I (as I'm sure many here would) would be happy to set some designs in motion for sale over at CafePress.com!

YEAH, I WAS TRYING TO WORK ON THAT, BUT MY FINANCES WOULDN'T LET ME. THEN MY SCREENPRINTING SOURCE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME ON THE PRICES FOR THE T-SHIRTS.
